BKD Property Solutions is an independent Greater Manchester business built on a simple belief: people deserve quality work, fair prices and tradespeople they can trust.
We work with homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas, offering everything from everyday repairs and reactive maintenance to joinery, building work and property improvements.
We started BKD because we wanted to offer a better experience. Nobody should feel pressured into unnecessary work, left guessing about costs or charged a premium for a job that isn't done properly. We believe in listening first, giving straightforward advice and finding a practical solution that suits the customer.
With over 15 years’ combined experience in property maintenance and building services, we bring the same care to a small repair as we do to a larger project. Our aim is simple: do the work properly, treat people fairly and earn the confidence to be called back.
